Pablo Ternera

CTO

Pablo is the technical brains behind iodo. He has over 13 years experience in the mobility and automotive industry as an engineer, specialising in autonomous and connected systems.

Before iodo, Pablo led technical teams at some of the most innovative businesses in mobility, including autonomous and EV startup

Arrival, JLR and Bentley.

When he's not redefining the future of logistics, Pablo is a competitive volleyball player, is an avid foodie and loves to salsa.

Shem Wadowski

COO

Shem has over 15 years experience in operational leadership in the fields of tech start-ups and hospitality. His driving force is the ability to enhance operational efficiency while consistently maintaining high service quality.

Previously, Shem was Head of gStores at the urban delivery unicorn Getir, where he expanded their UK operations. His innovative and systems-led thinking has consistently streamlined processes and cut costs, underlining his ability to make operations leaner and more effective.

Outside the office, Shem is an avid traveller, indulging in the exploration of global gastronomy, and is deeply invested in topics concerning health and wellness.

Filip Markeiwicz, PhD

CEO

Filip is fascinated by complex systems, networks and problems, and has spent much of his career helping businesses streamline operations and help them grow.

He's an experienced strategy and operations consultant specialising in mobility and public sector, and has advised some of the worlds leading businesses on matters of growth, innovation and operational performance.

When he's not redefining the future of logistics with iodo, Filip loves hit the beach for a kitesurf or the hills with his mountain bike.
